Free classes on parenting skills are being offered through the Adult Continuing Education Division of the North Orange County Community College District. “Powerful Parenting: For Parents Only,” will run for 11 weeks starting Monday, from 7 to 9 p.m. The weekly course will be at the Yorba Linda Education Center, 4175 Fairmont Blvd.
